Serge Aucoin
Owner and daily contributor, Serge is an early riser and routinely gets things done before sunrise. With over 20 years of experience in the industry from Graphic Design, Production, Installation, IT, Scheduling, Estimating, Engineering and management, Serge provides a wealth of industry knowledge and team building experience. His love of the industry and the people around him are reflected in his work, the relationships he maintains, and the services provided to loyal clients that keep coming back. Serge will insist that none of that could happen without the amazing, talented team members that have surrounded him over the years and continue to do so in making this business thrive.
History
In 1979, Trim-Line Moncton was brought to life by a previous owner, and has since changed ownership just once. The change in ownership has transitioned internally through employee growth and coaching. As of January 1st, 2022, long time Trim-Line employee, Serge Aucoin, became the new owner and operator of the Moncton business. Straight out of design school, Serge started in the industry in 2000 with a Nova Scotia sign company. Within just 3 years, he took his ambition and commitment to new heights by applying them to new opportunities as he joined 3M Trim-Line under the ownership of Motion Graphics Limited (Previous Owner). From 2003 to 2021, he added to his Graphic Designer position with production, IT, scheduling and customer service, to later become General Manager by 2009. In 2017, he completed the 3M Preferred Installer certification course, which provides our customers with confidence that they are getting the best quality, best price and best turn around time for their vehicle and fleet graphics. Throughout his career, he created and maintained many industry relationships, and promises to continue to do so with ProFleet Graphics and as a member of the Trim-Line Moncton team.
The team, with more than 100+ years of combined experience, continues to provide the excellent service the team has been known for since the beginning. The loyalty and commitment to the craft that each employee continues to deliver on amazing products and services is unmatched in the industry.
